HubSpot Features Guépard in Its First State of Ecosystems Report

Written by Justine Gaignard-Parent | Jun 10, 2026 7:09:39 PM

HubSpot has published its first State of Ecosystems report, an international report highlighting the growing role of partners in the adoption of artificial intelligence, business transformation and the evolution of CRM platforms.

Guépard is one of the partners selected by HubSpot to share its perspective in this report.

Our founder and president, Justine Gaignard-Parent, takes the floor to explain how the HubSpot ecosystem helped transform Guépard, but also how HubSpot today enables companies to make their operations clearer, more coherent and easier to evolve.

For our team, this is a great recognition. But above all, it confirms what we observe every week in the field: companies are not lacking in tools. What they often lack is the clarity, consistency and support needed to transform these tools into truly useful systems.

And with the massive influx of artificial intelligence into sales, marketing and customer service teams, this need becomes even more important.

HubSpot's first State of Ecosystems report

HubSpot's State of Ecosystems report looks at how partners contribute to business growth in a context where platforms, data, automation and artificial intelligence are becoming increasingly important.

In particular, the report presents a significant growth opportunity for HubSpot partners over the next few years, linked to the adoption of AI and the changing needs of organizations.

But beyond the numbers, the message is clear: companies need more coherent technology ecosystems.

They need to connect their data, processes, teams and tools. They also need to ensure that AI doesn't become an additional layer of complexity, but rather a concrete lever for working better.

This is exactly where the role of partners becomes strategic.

Important recognition for Guépard

Being featured in this first State of Ecosystems report is an important recognition for Guépard.

For several years now, our team has been helping companies to implement, optimize and adopt HubSpot.

But our work doesn't stop at configuring a CRM.

We help teams to clarify their processes, structure their data, better understand their customers, automate what needs to be automated, and adopt HubSpot in a concrete way into their day-to-day business.

As Justine Gaignard-Parent explains in the report:

"Before joining HubSpot's ecosystem, we were still searching for our path as a company. We were much more focused on content and marketing execution, but becoming a HubSpot partner completely changed the scope of the impact we could have for our customers."

This evolution is a good illustration of Guépard's journey.

HubSpot enabled us to move from an agency primarily focused on content and marketing execution in 2016 to a much more strategic partner for our customers in subsequent years.

Today, we support companies in their sales, customer service, websites, operations, AI adoption and systems integrations.

As Justine puts it:

"HubSpot really became the backbone that helped us structure not only our own services, but also our philosophy as a company."

This sentence sums up our relationship with the platform.

HubSpot didn't just influence our service offering. It has also structured the way we think about technology support: an approach that is more coherent, more human and more focused on real impact for teams.

The HubSpot ecosystem: a growing community

One of the elements Justine highlights in the report is the strength of the HubSpot partner community.

Over the years, Guépard has grown with the platform, but also with the people who make up its ecosystem.

HubSpot partners share their learning, their practices, their ideas and their ways of solving complex challenges. This culture of collaboration is of immense value.

As Justine mentions:

"One of the most valuable parts of the ecosystem has been the people. The partner community is incredibly generous."

This generosity has a direct impact on our ability to better serve our customers.

Every exchange, every webinar, every knowledge-sharing session enables us to progress faster, refine our practices and bring more value to the companies we support.

This is also what makes the HubSpot ecosystem unique: it's not just based on a technology platform. It's based on a community of partners who learn, build and evolve together.

AI accelerates everything, but it doesn't solve everything

Artificial intelligence is evolving at an impressive pace.

New tools are appearing all the time. Platforms are adding functionality. Teams are hearing about AI agents, intelligent automation, generative content, advanced personalization and predictive analytics.

It's exciting.

But it's also a lot.

For many companies, the challenge isn't understanding that AI is important. They already do.

The real challenge is knowing where to start.

What data to use?

Which processes to automate?

Which tools to connect?

Which use cases to prioritize?

How do you keep control over quality, security and relevance?

How can we avoid adding another layer of technology to an organization that's already short of time?

In the report, Justine sums it up very well:

"A lot of businesses are overwhelmed right now, especially with AI evolving so quickly. But HubSpot makes things feel concrete and accessible."

That's exactly what we're seeing in the field.

Businesses don't just want to hear about artificial intelligence. They want to understand how to use it concretely, in their processes, with their teams, in their operational reality.

HubSpot helps make many uses of AI more accessible. But to derive value from it, you need a solid foundation.

AI connected to bad data doesn't become magic. It simply becomes faster at producing bad results.

That may not sound like much on a slide, but it's very true.

The real issue: consistency

One of the key messages of HubSpot's report is that companies need more coherent systems.

This is an essential point.

AI works best when data is clean, processes are clear and teams share a common understanding of customer reality.

In other words, before asking AI to accelerate sales, marketing or customer service, we need to ask ourselves a few fundamental questions.

Is our data reliable?

Are our teams using the same definitions?

Does our sales pipeline really reflect our process?

Are our lifecycle phases well understood?

Do our automations support or bypass our teams?

Do our dashboards measure the right indicators?

This is often where the transformation really begins.

Not in buying a new tool.

In clarifying what already exists.

Transforming intuitive processes into scalable systems

In the report, Justine also shares a concrete example of customer impact achieved with HubSpot.

The project involved a fast-growing entrepreneur with an excellent sales process, but who still relied on HubSpot for a large part of her operations.

Follow-ups, tasks, e-mails and text messages were managed manually. As the company grew rapidly, this way of operating became increasingly difficult to maintain.

Operational pressure was mounting.

So did the mental load.

With HubSpot, Guépard was able to automate a large part of the customer journey through workflows, task automation, email and text messaging.

But the real impact went beyond operational efficiency.

As Justine explains:

"We were not replacing her process. We were actually materializing it."

That's an important distinction.

The aim wasn't to impose an artificial new process. The aim was to take what this entrepreneur had intuitively built up over the years and transform it into a clear, documented and scalable system.

The result wasn't just time saved.

The entrepreneur became less stressed, more confident in her ability to delegate and finally able to hire for key roles, because the company was no longer entirely dependent on her to do everything manually.

This is the kind of impact that motivates us deeply at Guépard.

As Justine puts it:

"It's not just about technology. It's about helping business owners breathe again while building something that can truly scale."

The role of a HubSpot partner in the AI shift

A HubSpot partner plays a translation role between technology and a company's actual operations.

This is particularly true with artificial intelligence.

Teams don't just need us to show them a new feature. They need us to help them understand how it fits into their reality.

A good HubSpot partner helps answer very concrete questions:

  • Which AI use cases are relevant to our business?

  • Which processes should be reviewed before automation?

  • What data needs to be cleansed or structured?

  • Which tools should be connected to HubSpot?

  • How can we train teams to actually use the platform?

  • How can we measure whether the changes are bringing value?

At Guépard, this is exactly our area of work.

We like to make things concrete.

We like to simplify.

We like to structure.

And above all, we like to help teams feel capable of using technology, rather than overwhelmed by it.

HubSpot as a platform for growth

HubSpot occupies a special place in this context because the platform brings together several essential functions: CRM, marketing, sales, customer service, content, automation, data and now several artificial intelligence-related capabilities.

This centralization is invaluable.

It allows companies to avoid the multiplication of isolated systems that don't talk to each other.

It also creates better continuity between teams.

Marketing can better understand the quality of leads generated.

Sales can better prioritize opportunities.

Customer service can access the full context of the relationship.

Management can track more reliable metrics.

And when AI is added to an already structured environment, it can really speed up the work.

Not by replacing human judgment.

By giving teams better starting points, better signals and better execution capabilities.

What this recognition means for our customers

For our current and future customers, this recognition by HubSpot reinforces a simple message: Guépard is a committed partner in the HubSpot ecosystem, with a concrete understanding of the challenges of technological adoption.

We don't believe in disconnected implementations.

We don't believe in overly complex HubSpot portals that nobody dares to use.

Nor do we believe in automation for automation's sake.

Our goal is always the same: to create HubSpot environments that are useful, consistent and adopted.

That means well-thought-out processes.

Better structured data.

Better supported teams.

Relevant automations.

Dashboards that really help you make decisions.

And now, uses of artificial intelligence that fit into the big picture.

Why adoption is as important as implementation

A HubSpot implementation can be technically successful, but operationally fragile.

This is an important nuance.

A portal may be well configured, but little used.

Automations may be in place, but poorly understood.

Reports may exist, but not influence decisions.

AI tools may be available, but remain unused because teams don't know how to integrate them into their work.

That's why adoption is at the heart of our approach.

Training teams, popularizing concepts, explaining the whys behind configurations and creating systems that respect the reality on the ground are essential.

Technology must support people.

Not make them feel backward.

Not drown them in options.

Not make them feel they have to understand everything at once.

A good technological transformation builds confidence.

And when customers find that sense of clarity and relief, it changes everything.

A source of pride for Guépard

Being included in HubSpot's first State of Ecosystems report is a source of great pride for Guépard.

It's recognition of our team's work, our involvement in the HubSpot ecosystem and our vision of technology adoption.

It's also a great opportunity to reiterate what guides us: helping companies make better use of technology to work with greater clarity, coherence and impact.

Artificial intelligence will continue to evolve rapidly.

Platforms will continue to transform.

Team needs will continue to change.

But one thing will remain true: companies will need partners who can bridge the gap between technological possibilities and the human reality of organizations.

It is in this space that Guépard intends to continue playing its role.

With rigor.

With ingenuity.

With benevolence.

And always with the aim of making HubSpot clearer, more useful and more accessible to the teams who use it every day.
